Thomas Bacon, president and founder of Aaron Thomas Company, is the
first inductee into the Contract Packaging Association’s “Hall
of Fame”. Mr. Bacon was given this prestigious honor because of
his tireless efforts in the contract packaging community as well as
his dedication to the Contract Packaging Association organization.
This Saturday the No. 18 Florida Gators (6-3, 4-3) will face face
former Florida coach Steve Spurrier and his South Carolina
Gamecocks (6-4, 3-4) in a SEC East race when they meet at
Williams-Brice Stadium. Despite having three losses, Florida is
right in the thick of the crowded SEC East race.

players Steve Walker, Joe Mays and Shamen Washington earned special
honors in the Great West conference.
